 My reflection for today's class. Is based on temptation. We were originally asked to define temptation and write a paragraph about a time we dealt with temptation. After hearing some of our responses wd then slid into the main lesson. Today's lesson was about complex text and how to comprehend and break them down. I like the way in which this point was taught. Mr.Rease used outside information such as Tupac Shakur's poem / song resist the temptation  .After reading the lyrics as a class and thoroughly annotating and breaking them down we proceeded to reflect on the lyrics and review the original question. In doing so we've learned how to break down complex text and how to recognize a complex text. We are provided with several examples on complex texts such as a novel or the holy bible. Towards the end of class we listen to the song resist the temptation. I feel as though this helped us to better understand it and critically think.
